How it works
The hostel publishes its terms once. A joining resident reads and signs them on their own phone, and the signed copy is stored against their record where staff and the resident can both find it.
Why
Why it is built this way
A signed paper only settles an argument if someone can produce it. Two years and three wardens later, nobody can — and the terms a resident agreed to become whatever both sides remember.
